Apple cider vinegar has become my health obsession and I keep talking about it all the time. Apple cider vinegar is made from apple juice and its twice fermentation turns out Apple cider vinegar. Today I will share healthy ways to incorporate Apple cider Vinegar into your daily life and there are plenty of benefits to be gained on getting this magical drink.

Brilliant Ways To Use Apple Cider Vinegar(ACV)

I recommend using 'Unfiltered Mother ACV' to get it's total health benefits. Mother ACV you can identify by cloudy strings present at the bottom which is full of beneficial enzymes, proteins, and minerals. It's worth shaking the bottle each time before using ACV.

1. Used as a Face toner

Apple cider vinegar contains acetic acid. Acetic acid is acidic in nature but shows the alkaline effect on the body. The pH of apple cider vinegar makes it an excellent remedy for skin problems. Apple cider vinegar reduces the pore size and gives even toning to the skin. Antioxidants found in Apple Cider Vinegar helps to reduce free radicals in the body.

Take 1/2 cup water and add 1 tablespoon of Apple cider vinegar. Mix the mixture. Magical elixir is ready to use. With the help of cotton ball rub the mixture on your face. Then apply essential oils to the affected area to support further care. This also can be used as astringent for dark spots treatment which fades your spots. Apply apple cider vinegar directly on the spots on regular basis for two weeks. You will see ACV lightens your dark spots.

2. Used for shining your hair

Rinse your hair with Apple Cider Vinegar twice a week, it makes hair stronger and shinier.
Take 500ml of water and add two tablespoons of organic apple cider vinegar and place it into the bottle. After you've washed your hair in the shower, pour the mixture over the head, make sure to avoid getting it into the eyes. Massage it into your scalp for a minute or two to stimulate blood circulation and hair growth, and then rinse well. Use this twice a week for better results.

3. Used to remove stains from teeth

Apple cider vinegar is used for whitening your teeth.
This Apple Cider Vinegar is also a natural alternative to OTC  mouthwashes. Some Dentists suggest doing gargle with one part of ACV and three part of water for total one minutes which help them to evade with bad breathe.

4. Used to help weight loss

For centuries, Apple Cider Vinegar has been used for weight loss. Apple Cider Vinegar brings satiety which makes you feel full just like after meal you feel and aids weight loss. The acetic acid in Apple Cider Vinegar helps to slow down the fat accumulations. This way it burns out belly fat and helps in weight loss.
In 2005 study revealed vinegar helps to lower blood sugar level which in turn contributes to abdominal fat loss, waist fat loss and lowers the risk of diabetes.

5. Used to detox body

Organic, unfiltered apple cider vinegar is my top natural health remedy that I use every day to detox my body and helps in digestion of food. It helps balance your body's pH and stimulates cardiovascular stimulation and lymphatic drainage. ACV detoxifies the liver. Also, Apple Cider Vinegar has the ability to kill dangerous 'bad' bacteria and promote the production of good bacteria.

Every morning I consume Apple Cider Vinegar in the form of morning ACV tea. ACV has an antibacterial property which kills the bacteria from our mouth and stomach and makes us feel fresh and free from germs.

ACV tea

Apple cider vinegar is delicious as a tea. I really don't like the original taste of ACV but to get its health benefit I discovered one good recipe which has hidden it's pungent taste: Apple Cider Vinegar tea

Boil a cup of water, add one pinch Cinnamon powder, add 1/2 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 tablespoon Raw Apple cider vinegar and finally one tablespoon of raw honey. Boil it for 5 min. ACV tea is ready. Bring it to lukewarm and then consume it on empty stomach.

Precautions-

  • Never drink apple cider vinegar straight as it can burn your esophagus.
  • It is possible to have an allergic reaction to Apple Cider Vinegar, so first check if its allergic to you than stop using it.
  • To avoid the risk of side effects or allergic reactions, start with the smaller amount of ACV (even 1/2 teaspoon may be of benefit) and gradually increase the quantity.
