Also, avoid trips to tropical climate during summer. Enjoy going to the cold places to save yourself with heat waves.

5. Stay in Shade

Hottest hours of the day in summer are in between 10 am to 3:30 pm. Keep yourself under shade during these hours.

If you are insistent upon travelling to beaches, pools or deserts, despite from the direct sun you can cover head with a hat.

8. Put your eye protection glasses

Eyes are the delicate organ which needs to be protected with special attention. The skin around eyes are prone to faster aging if exposed directly to the sun, so wear sunglasses to prevent aging. If eyes get constant UV rays(especially UVB rays) exposure there increases chances of developing a cataract. So it's really very important not to only buy sunglasses but buy sunglasses with protection.

How much water should be drunk to keep your body hydrated?? This is a pretty basic question and answer to this is, a normal healthy person should drink 8 glasses of water which is equal to approx 2 liters.
